Online Induction / LMS

Educate me were approached in February 2016 to develop an online induction for Birds Transport and Logistics. The objectives of the project were to create and host an online induction specifically for their new drivers. Our aim was to make the induction as interactive and engaging as possible, which we achieved. The induction included:

• Company History

• Interactive site map

• Policies and Procedure

• Birds eye video of the site

• Site rules

• Key contacts

• Quiz

• Certificate on completion (automatically sent to driver and HR)

 

The induction was also hosted on our Learning Management System, which gives Birds the freedom to enrol the drivers onto the induction and run reports to see if they have completed it.
